Attentive staff made the stay more pleasant.
The carpets were dingy, and the curtains looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Despite the good location, the overall maintenance and cleanliness left much to be desired, making the hotel feel overpriced and uninviting.

The location was _amazing_! Just a short walk to beautiful sights and great restaurants. However, I wish the parking was easier to find. it was quite a hassle! 😅

I appreciated the classic décor and spacious reception area, which made it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The staff were exceptionally attentive and the location was central, close to lovely cafés and shops that I enjoyed visiting.
Some common areas need a bit of an update.

Exceptional service and great breakfast
Our stay was highlighted by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to Stella for her helpfulness and for arranging a smooth airport transfer. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety including freshly baked pastries that we loved. However, the air conditioning in our room could use an upgrade, as it was quite loud and not very effective.

I stayed in a Classic Twin Room. The room was pretty quiet, which was nice. Air-conditioning worked well, but it was a bit noisy. It felt spacious enough, though the decor was kinda dated. Good that breakfast was included, too. It was really convenient for walking around the city. No view from my room, but that didn't bother me much.

Quiet room, convenient location, with effective air-conditioning and a good breakfast to start your day, just a 10-minute walk from public transport.
Nothing bad to say.

Great location in the Recoleta area, recently renovated bathrooms, very convenient airport transfer arrangements
The carpets in the rooms need a thorough cleaning!!! Curtains and bedspreads look neglected and should either be cleaned or replaced. The overall decor feels increasingly outdated with each visit!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast had plenty of tasty options and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel had a cozy sauna and a relaxing sun terrace that made unwinding easy. Just a heads up, the air conditioning was a bit noisy but didn’t spoil my overall experience! 😊

Perfect for group travelers seeking adventure
We had a lovely time in the hotel especially when we discovered the nearby café in a converted theater. You wouldn’t believe how good their coffee was, I felt like I was brewing something special every morning.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable considering the location.

great location , but noisy at night
The staff provided exceptional service during our stay, always ready to assist with our needs. The classic twin room had a stunning city view that enhanced our experience.
The noise from the street made it hard to sleep comfortably.
