I appreciated the place, its healthy food.

The breakfast was free and the parking was nearby. Had impeccable and quiet room with twin beds, a view as per the photos and the AC worked quietly, and protected with smoke detectors...

Great location, good prices, good breakfast.

Hotel staff is not friendly enough, too serious. also they are not knowleadgle of the city places and attractions. it almost seems like they just want you to go to certain places and do not give you your options

Truly enjoyed the room with a view as per the photos, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was good, with lots of goodies. The location was fab, close enough to restaurants and shops and the Cemetery, Plaza San Martin, the Obelisco and even Plaza de Mayo and Palermo. The service provided there was exceptional! All of the staff were welcoming, pleasant.

I chose the Hotel because of the breakfast that were on offer, and that it had free Internet access. I also liked the location,being close to Regoleta Cemetry

The staff was very helpful. Great location. Wireless in the room would have been more helpful than going to the lobby. There were 2 computers in the lobby if you didn't have one. Good "tourist class" hotel.

My classic twin room was unacceptable. The carpets were dingy, and the curtains looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Despite the good location, the overall maintenance and cleanliness left much to be desired were nice.

Breakfast was boring. The same lay out every day, they should really try and change it.

No internet access in rooms (this had been advertised as available); only 2 computers available in the lobby for internet access - always busy with people waiting.

The location was _amazing_! Just a short walk to beautiful sights and great restaurants. I wish the parking was easier to find. It was quite a hassle 😅

Location is great and it's very close to Aeroparque Airport.

The rooms need renovation. I've booked the Superior Twin Room because according to the photos it was ok but the room is very old and if you have allergies you will probably "die". I asked to change room and the hotel gave me the Suite which is much better. So be careful and also be sure they will give you the room you've booked here.

The beds were not as new and firm as I would have liked. Also, you hear street noise from the rooms in the front of the hotel.

I appreciated the classic décor and spacious reception area, easy for seniors like me to navigate. The staff were attentive and the location was central, close to lovely cafés and shops that I enjoyed visiting.

Some common areas need a bit of an update.
